Monday morning on the way to work -

Haha but now... dah kembang sikit. But PT dah warning, memang akan berselera makan, for muscle building. Asalkan regular exercise. Patutnya 3 times a week, tapi gym cannotla 3 times a week mana kids lagi mana bz dengan AMCP's upcoming event's promo stuffs, no time. At other times, my way to shed my fats are to choose stairs instead of elevator/escalator. If take escalator pun usually i'll convert it to stairs. But letih la... memang terasa. Dah lama sangat tak work the muscles, dulu rajin turun naik Bukit Muzaffar after school, zero workout. haa... kan dah kena.. padanlah dengan muka..!

But... I cancelled my apptmnt with PT today. Khayra pegi ER [refer D Jazzy Bunch Blog. But tidak bermakna cancel terus... going tomorrow, rugi woo... dah bayar. tapi yg sayangnya, cannot go to Ryu's Latin Dance class. org dah siap beli DVD Latin Dance workout lagi to practice tau! Alah takpelah... there'll be other times...

And... I've became a shopaholic. I finally GAVE my Bapak Setan to Babah for him to keep. Babah garang sket, bila dah sampai kat tangan dia, susah lah tu nak dapat balik. Hahahaha padan muka aku. Among the things I bought >>

Dat thing with blue lenses - Papa's Bday Prezen, share ngan mama. sorang tk larat wooo, Esprit tuuhhhh. Mula mula dia nak beli Ray Ban, mati aku [dalam hati] nasib baikkkkk dia choose tis one.
