Gym!!

Registered myself as a member of TLS Fitness Center in Sg. Chua, Kajang. Yes Wendy, I finally commit, thanks for your courage, hope u'll help to keep my spirit up and slam me if i go lazy :op. And thanks to Chech to, her pix of she n Kamal 'Before and After Gym' were convincing. Perhaps we could meet up and go to d classes together one day, eh Chech? Fique n Ayue biler nak join agaknye? hehehe.

So... time to shed the LOTSA extra pounds on my ass and get my fitness level back on track! Beginning my class and take d chance to begin the 2 free session of personal training tomorrow afternoon....

Sorry can't make it to ur reception due to my surgery follow up, but I'll try my best for bro Ridzuan's reception in Negeri...
