Workout during Ramadhan!

I can't believe I could do it! Dulu zaman Mozac can la jogging bulan2 puasa, ni dah beranak dua dan dengan body yg comei nih, ada gak terasa doubt di hati semasa buat scheduling Personal Training (PT) session dulu. Nak tanak, kena gak buat bulan puasa, to sustain stamina. Lagipun kata nak kurus before raya, haa... sedar-sedarla diri tu eh..!

So just like last week Babah, Jazzy and Keira waited at the pool area (kes malas ulang alik plus pasni nak gi Pasar Ramadhan - PARAM as me n achik calls it) while I did my PT. Light Cardio for starters, usually I could built up my heartbeat rate up to 150+-, tapi arini takut pensan so maintain 130 je, hahaha... giler cheating. Threadmill pun agak melenggang, speed 4.0 je but buat gradient 7, then sambung Orbitrak for 8 mins (to wait for my trainer finish her introsteps class) tapi effort level 1 je (haha macam takdek makna) tapi bulan puasa... cardio memang kureng digalakkan teruk teruk untuk orang orang comel seperti saya :op~ (alasan!)

Then comes the best part. Squat ada improvement, dulu macam nak mati je buat 3 sets of 15s tapi arini agak laju. Then bab biceps triceps mmg ancur hahaha every week also like dat, my hands are so lembik. Improvement mmg ada, but not much. At least tak lah siku tu menenong nenong ke hulu ke hilir, dah boleh lock dah. Then buat lunges but this time instead of tgn free cekak pinggang, kena tambah weight 2kg each. phewh!! but ok 3 set, better than 1st time terkedek kedek. Then thigh extension apa semua, kaki part semua ada improvement, dah tambah weight and also dah laju, tak terkedek kedek mintak discount lagi, hehe. Begitula bersabarnya Kak Rose dengan saya yg comel ini, hahahhahahahha >:)) Then come my fav part, abs. Despite my perut boncet selepas melahirkan dua anak neh, my abs are surprisingly strong. Sit ups, cross sit ups and yg sewaktu dengannya jarang ada masalah. Maybe sebab memang rajin buat every nite before sleep. Tapi boncet tetap tak ilang-ilang. Inilah masalah bersalin cesar.... boncett!~

Dah abes... then I was like, huh? bleh buat? Seriously, i didn't haf faith in myself before, but now, I can see that my stamina has improved a lot. Chores pun dah agak selesa dibuat. Muscle2 memang sakit2 lepas balik gym ni, makan 3-4 hari nak ilang bila dah ilang dah tiba masa nak pegi gym balik. Tapi sebenarnya bila dia sakit tu, puas ati, sebab tau dah for sure the muscle is being used, instead of mandom menambah lemak. After PT tadi as usual timbang, my body total fat had gone down about 0.4% dari last week, especially in my right leg and arm area. Patutla jeans tadi longgar semacam je :op~

Lega rsanya. Finally losing weight the right way. And instead of kelaparan berdiet and muscle loss, I built my muscles and stamina. Best kan, jom la, workout. Must make time for it. To hubby-hubby yang tidak membenarkan bini-bini pi gym just because u takut dia tak layan u all or tak buat chores, MAN U'RE WRONG. U guys benefit A LOT kalau bini u guys ada banyak stamina. Paham-pahamla orang-orang yg telah berumah-tangga. Seriously, go push ur wives to d gym. Macam ada orang tu, dulu liat gila nak bagi I gi gym, sekarang sanggup tunggu dua jam luar gym. Elelele, konon ada jugak la nak merungut-rungut, macam orang tatau, dia suka sebenarnya, elellele... takyah nak sorok la. :op~

Eh, you know kan I dah stop sebab banyak la pulak komitmen. Tapi, semangat nak start balik nanti-nanti bila baca your post ni. Berusahalah!

Lain rasa dia bila workout sensorang dengan ada personal trainer. i spend a bit, for result. And before I was wearing XXL (ah u know, u've met me wat) now I'm down to L...!

Tulaa.. jauh kita ni. Honestly when it comes to gym, biar yg easily accessible, kalo bleh depan umah. hehe...!!
