Big day was merely another day

As we grow older, birthdays means almost ... nothing.

25th of April has always been special since i was young, but lately for these pass few years it has been just another day.

But birthdays has lately brought me to frustations and anger. 3 years to go to the big '3', but i still haf many many plans not worked out. birthdays will remind me of these, thus the frustration. I life havent change much, economical wise, career wise, goals n dreams hasn't been fulfilled. in the end, on the rise of my birthday, i was blowing with angst instead of happyness.

This year's birthday tho, i made a tough decision for myself, resigning from the publishing company i'm working with. My contract should end by the completion of the encyclopedia, but I ended it a bit earlier. this hard decision, made by following my hunch and with the hope of turning into a better direction in life. I refuse to stay 'di takuk yang lama'. I want to build a better life, thus the decision made and accepted nicely by my Pengarah Urusan. I do appreciate the experiences i gained in E-Media, though not much from technical, but a lot from new formality and social life.

Well i did receive a present, from the person whom I should thank on my birthday. My parents. to me we should really be thankful to our parents on our birthday and they are the ones who whould be celebrated during this day, for they brought us into this world, with God's will of course. Mom n dad bought me Ralph Lauren EDT Hot which i 'kirim' when they were going to India but they didn't buy it back then, instead i received it on my birthday. Thanks mom n dad.

So it was just a mere-nother day...
