Ben's Wedding

The nikah took place in Masjid Al-Saadah at 3 pm after Friday Prayer, May 5th, 2006. The bersanding was held the next day. Alhamdulillah, it was a simple wedding but everything went smooth. As planned, Me, Hubby, Jazz, Mom n Dad n my youngest bro Ateem bertolak from home after Maghrib on Thursday. right after my MTV idents presentation with Mr. Adam Nash from RMIT, i went back home, pack, did a little bit of amendments on my idents as wanted by Adam, and as mom signaled, we embark our journey to Perlis. We reached Perlis the next morning around 4 am, i barely had any sleep, so did Jazz n Ateem, they screaming and playing almost d whole journey. upon arrival since we couldn't check into our hotel (Putra Palace) yet, we rested for a while in the house provided by Salwa's family for Ben to stay for the ceremony.

The whole journey was very very tiring actually, I'm now having fever and terrible flu, while in Perlis my asthma struck once, saturday morning 6 am and i'm coughing quite bad till now. i think everything adds up to another, the tiredness, lack of sleep, too much sweet food especially mangoes (u know Perlis is known for its marvellous mangoes), extreme weather condition (if it was not raining heavily, it was extremely hot) and that makes my already exhausted body fail its immunity. i'm still having trouble breathing well. but i enjoyed d trip, we get to go to Padang Besar n balik singgah Pekan Rabu in Alor Setar, Jazz got her princess dress she wanted all along, we bought ourselves football jerseys a lot of mangoes and some other food.
