Had 2 pieces of bread with very little butter spread. Oh yeah took Aloe Gel beforehand. Sipped a cuppa water. Wore my jogging gear... 7.10 am, went for a jog wit mein.
d beauty of jogging early morning, u realise how wonderful this world is. is so serene, with no hustle n bustle. i never realised precinct 16 has a complete jogging course along dat tasik. mein showed me d way, owh i'm definitely going backhere again tomorrow.
today's exercise is more like morning walk, at 8.10 am i was already back in my house. *penat*. i really need to get my stamina on track again.
what's with this slimming slimming thingy? i'm slimming down for d sake of my health. i'm 25 and i feel like 40. i get tired too easily, i can't even walk long distance, i'll hurt my ankle n knees. plus my weight is considered obese. be reminded i wanna be healthy, not trying to get miss-world-like figure.
my slimming mentor is wendy. she came to my boutique yesterday 'wearing' an S figure. in skool i call her tembam, and look who's d tembam one now. suites me right. didn't take care of my health properly.
i still haf not enuff time to post on padang, while i was there i wrote a journal so transferring would take quite sumtime. i'll do it, maybe tonite.

EJ, u can do it, just need some determination. Feel free to contact me if u need to measure ur body fat %. No obligation, as I told u, I am so excited to share bout food composition, calorie intake monitoring etc, as obesity is a 'worldwide pandemic'. For me to get started, it's for health reason too, the figure is just a 'bonus' on top of regaining health and confidence.

Eejay..i've started TD-8 program for 6 weeks d..i lost 6 kg d..b4, i'm 72..now in 1 1/2 mths i'm 66..at first i dun hv the money too..ape leh buat, pasal jln lama sket dah tercungap2..lutut pun dah mula sakit pasal berat sgt..hihi..jomla..join d club.. -BeeYee

just pick one or two.
one of the best way u can try is actually to reduce food at night.
or u just don't eat during the day and only have dinner.
if u take breakfast, u'll easily get hungry trust me.
your sleeping time should be around 5-7 hours, not less or more.
do not sleep on the matress that is too soft. It should be a lil hard so that u won't be so tired when u wake up.

hiks... abg izham got pengalaman eh...? well i know sleeping will definitely contribute to waight gaun, prolly one of d reason y i gain alotta weight cus i got sick too many times, appendix, keguguran, accidents, so bit by bit i've become a giant. thanx for your advise and support, wendy n abg izham... and this is my slimming journal

bee yee ok i will try TD 8 when d time is right, but right now, i'm controlling food je, cus really need money for limkokwing and my physiotherapy.. :) i'm sure u guys understand.
